Hi All!!
Hey, remember when it was Summer? Dang, that seems like it was yesterday. But wow, it was not – today the calendar said November 1st and the air smelled a little like snow. And we here at the studio have been a little neglectful of you, our bloggy public, for which there is no real excuse. But, to recap, we’ll do a little summary of our October, in no particular order.
1. Liz judged NYMF Next Broadway Sensation! And ten incredibly talented new performers were introduced to the world/New York.
2. Billy Joe Armstrong went into ‘American Idiot’, and the fans screamed even louder than they had already been screaming for the show, if such a thing is humanly possible:
3. The leaves turned colors! We know it happens every year, but that doesn’t make it any less magical.
4. ‘Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson’ opened on Broadway, and the fans squealed even louder than they had already been squealing, if such a thing is humanly possible:
5. Trader Joes started stocking it’s autumnal crack butter – oh wait, I’m sorry, pumpkin butter. I get confused, because it’s so addictive I just forget.
6. Studio favorite Neil Patrick Harris and his partner David Burtka welcomed their twins!! Congratulations, all.
7. And it was our favorite holiday, Halloween:
On the whole, it’s been a pretty good month. Fingers crossed the next will be as good, although perhaps a scooch less busy.
